Davao De Oro Province

It lies at the midpoint of south-eastern Mindanao, flanked on all sides by varying economic bases such as the agri-forestry and mining industries of Agusan del Sur on the north, the agri-forestry-fishery of Davao Oriental on the east and south, fishery-ecotourism-maritime gateway to Davao gulf on the south, commercial and trading hub of Tagum City, and the agri-forestry-plantation economy of Davao del Norte on the west and south-west.  The province is a major artery in the flow of commerce and trade through the Davao-Agusan national highway.

Exemption in the payment of tax on buildings, machinery, and other improvements for one year. The exemption pertains only to the 35% real property share of the province.

Fiscal Incentives

  • Up to 50% exemption in the payment of Franchise Tax.
  • The exemption granted shall take effect upon the issuance of a Certificate of Registration

Non-Fiscal Incentives

  • One-Stop-Shop centre for simplified documentation/ registration procedures
  • Assistance in the negotiation of special rates for industries with a minimum load of at least 1,000 kilowatts
  • Assistance in site selection and the negotiation for right of way

Green Investments Incentives

A deduction of Php 100 for every fruit tree planted by an enterprise for one year from the real property tax but not to exceed 30% of the enterprise’s RPT payment for the year.
